- Loosened up lowering android support versions based on compileSdkVersion
- Taking the approach of only modifying versions here if it is a must to avoid compile errors
- Versions are now based on a table after testing instead of just aligning directly
- If a compileSdkVersion is not in the table a direct align will be done as a fallback
