Update of FAST.Farm for windows

A couple of features are included:

• Using copy instead of symblinks on Windows
• Possibility to use a .FSTF for automatic template files (the templateFiles provided will have priority)
• Implemented prepare_batch and run_batch commands for systems were slurm is not available.
• Fixed unittests that had been broken for a while
• Adding option to remove the fodler structure if only one case and one condition is run (with flat=True)
• Made inputs optional so that grid resolution trial are easier
• Improved plotting of setup
