Have you read the docs?

Yes

macOS Version

macOS 13.7.6

Kext Version

v2.4.0

Wireless Adapter Model and USB Product ID

Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2230 BGN (0x07DA)

Description

For whatever the reason is, despite being Enabled in the OpenCore config.plist, the IntelBluetoothFirmware.kext does not load at all. I have been rebooting and resetting the NVRAM multiple times, even went as far as reverting the OCLP root patches (for Intel Graphics and Atheros Wi-Fi), but still nothing. BlueToolFixup and IntelBTPatcher load just fine however.

Even tried multiple loading orders, made no difference.

Also, the Bluetooth HCI USB device does show up after mapping, but still no results.

Side note: Since the Wi-Fi slot in my laptop lacks the USB lines necessary for Bluetooth, I installed the Intel Wireless card in the cellular modem (WWAN) slot. Bluetooth works just fine when using Windows/Linux. For Wi-Fi I use an Atheros card.
