Fix Ukrainian spelling error in date_time.json #16
Description
In PR #1, there is a spelling mistake in the Ukrainian localization file ovos_date_parser/res/uk-ua/date_time.json. The word for 'sixteen' is incorrectly spelled as 'шестнадцать', which is Russian. The correct Ukrainian spelling is 'шістнадцять'.
