Add missing compound numbers in Dutch localization #40
Description
The number section in the nl-nl localization is missing entries for compound numbers between 21-99 (except for the tens). In Dutch, these follow a specific pattern like 'eenentwintig' (21), 'tweeëndertig' (32), etc.
This issue is opened to track the addition of these missing compound numbers.
