Static build of pcl 1.7.1 segfaults when running pcl_viewer

When building a static version of PCL 1.7.1, applications linked to the visualization module, such as pcl_viewer, produce a segmentation fault.

I followed a bit on this matter and seems there is a clash when we set the CMake variables of PCL before looking for dependencies. I am thinking of reorganizing those and try a static build. Though it will take me some time to do it.

Linking with VTK 6.1 fixes this issue, although it is still present with VTK 5.X.
