Update license in "Writing a new PCL class" tutorial?

In the new contributing guidelines there is a link to the licenses section of this tutorial. The intention is that people have an example from where they can copy-paste. The problem though is that the license there is old (with Willow Garage), and of course the whole point of referring to it is lost. (I was about to raise this issue in the CONTRIBUTING pull request, but suddenly it got merged.)

@rbrusu Do you think it is okay to update the copyrights in that tutorial to just:

Copyright (c) 2014-, Open Perception, Inc.

For new code yes, as the WG reference is for historical purposes only. New code cannot be copyrighted with anything prior to 2014, as it's just been written/added/contributed now. All old code that was added at WG must retain the WG copyright.

Oh well, then referencing that tutorial section is not a good idea. As I said, I want there to be a piece of text (already formatted as a C++ comment) that people can directly copy-paste in their new files (so it has to have only OP copyright). Perhaps this template could go to the end of 'CONTRIBUTING.md', what do you think?
