using pcd_viewer to display pcd and vtk files with different rendering properties

Visualizing a vtk and a pcd file using the pcd_viewer with different rendering properties (fc, ps) is not possible. The pcd_viewer in the current version can only handle different rendering properties if just one of the two supported formats is used, but not both at once. Using both at once results in a false indexing of the rendering properties.

Ioam, unfortunately there is no immediate need for us to modify this right now, as pcd_viewer is just an example of the many types of command line visualization tools that could be built on top of PCLVisualizer, but we'd be happy to integrate a patch that solves it!
