Issue #564: Fix tutorials warning

There are still warnings for things I don't know how to fix or dead links I can't repair:

• images/pcl_painter2D_contextItem.png is missing
• Can't find pcl::Registration::align etc... in pcl.tag
• WARNING: Inline interpreted text or phrase reference start-string without end-string. I don't understand what is the problem

Thanks for the effort, Victor! The output from make is so much cleaner now.

Hmm, some of the entities it could not find are indeed missing from the tag file, e.g. PCL_XYZ_POINT_TYPES is not present. Others (like pcl::PCLBase::setInputCloud) are available, which makes me think that the syntax for referencing member methods might be wrong.
