Remove demo mode

Demo mode was fun to implement, but it's a little buggy.  I could fix the issues, but @Code52 has a project that serves the same purpose and looks very nice: https://github.com/Code52/carnac

If you use demo mode and don't want it removed, speak up.  Try carnac first though - I think it's better.
