Configuration option to limit maximum height of prediction list view #4234

Description of the new feature/enhancement
I want the prediction list view to always only show 3 lines like it does in small windows.
Is this possible? If not, I suggest adding a configuration option to set the maximum number of lines irrespective of the window height.
