Improve suggested corrections of UseToExportFieldsInManifest #513
Description
The following features are missing from the current implementation.
- where the entry was missing but stuff is exported
- where the entry is present, uses a wildcard, and nothing is exported
- where the entry is missing, nothing is exported, the suggestion should have an empty array like FunctionsToExport = @()
