MD pages for workflows are missing CommonParameters entry #253

PlatyPS 0.7.4 creates .md files for workflows with a WorkflowCommonParameters entry, but missing a CommonParameters entry. Workflows have both common parameters and workflow common parameters.

This test tests exactly this scenario. Can you provide a repro?
