Documentation for copy throwing FileExpected exception missing

I think there are others missing too. When making my filesystems pass tests, I had to check some extra conditions and throw some extra exceptions.

I added some of the exceptions explicitly tested in fs/test.py to the documentation of the relevant FS methods.
