This is a planning space for a Pyramid event to be held sometime in the first quarter of 2015.
The objective is to have a semi structured event where people interested in Pyramid and related web
development topics can meet, discuss their ideas, learn, have fun, and socialize.
How it works
The main idea of an unconference is that instead of a conference program defined and planned in advance,
the event's participants define the schedule by talking about what is important or interesting to them
at the moment. The organizers provide rooms and a mechanism for people to "fill the grid" by selecting a
meeting space and time for their participation. People can use their time slot to give a more or less traditional presentation, or they can prepare or organize lighting talks, workshops, tutorials, debates,
demos, or any other thing that they can think of that would be in line with the event's goals.
Date
Proposed date for the event is "beginning of March", possibly 6-8.
Location
San Francisco has been proposed. SurveyMonkey has offered space for around 150 people.
Schedule
To be defined.
Admission cost
To be defined.
Lodging
To be defined.
Sponsors
Charley will send a bottle of Killepitsch (or two).
