Support gfx1201.

Hi All, gfx1201 and gfx1200 will function with the AMD Windows driver installation. This fact is currently not reflected in the amd-staging version of this repository.

@brabrzak-amd sorry but which AMD Windows driver are you talking about? Which comes like after 25.6.3?

I'm not personally too knowledgeable on Windows driver rollouts, although I know that 25.10+ have these GPU's enabled.

Sadly the one Im using, 25.6.1, comes with driver version 25.10.13.01 for windows, so there certainly are other problems

Maybe we can close this now that a5d932f has landed on amd-staging ?

myself). See also ROCm/clr#169.

We can drop the patch when we next do a roll-up of clr.
