June 2020 : Added a simplified TS reader (Gocad - Tsurf file reader based on STLReader and OBJReader) Added a TSViewer

This is based on a earlier version of vtk.js(v6.0.0 from early 2020) which is not compatiable with current release of vtk.js

A tarball is kept in this repo (https://github.com/SCECcode/TSViewerWithVTK) that was built on mac os. (stored as 2 gz file under /vtk-src) from >>> https://github.com/SCECcode/vtk-js.git
