Delete Simulation Folder

As all simulaitons are transitioned to the https://github.com/SciCompMod/memilio-simulations repo, we can delete this folder.

@mknaranja Could you please also check if every simulation is on the other repo (not the pull request)? I've done it and am positive. I'll then work on the PR.
