A tutorial on how to carry out global sensitivity on Catalyst models. I'm a little bit wary of using an infectious disease model as an example (since they are not my expertise and there have been a lot of discussions on them in public over the last few years). However, it is a nice example of a model property that we plausibly would want to measure.
There is a few cross-references to other Catalyst docs marked but not filled in. Generally, once the various inverse problem documentation pages are merged, I will have to make another PR adding various cross references between them.
