Circular dependency due to Tables extension #477

Describe the bug 🐞
Since updating to 3.37, precompilation fails with a Circular dependency warning. The reason is the new Tables extension alongside the existing SparseArrays extension. As it happens, both Tables and SparseArrays are indirect dependencies of RecursiveArrayTools through SymbolicIndexingInterface and Statistics, respectively. This makes the two extensions indirectly dependent on each other.
Expected behavior
No precompilation warnings or errors.
