Release v0.20.0 Doesn't Work

You can see this in Travis, and it also gums up precompilation for packages that depend on this downstream.

You can see in Travis that this package doesn't have a problem with precompilation. The test error was a simple error in the tests, not the package itself. What error are you trying to track down?

It wasn't fixed by a resolve, so I'm suspecting it's an issue with the package.

I gave that a shot (this is Julia 1.0.2 on Ubuntu, if it matters). Can do again.
