Add support for the new Rich Text Editor in XM Cloud

What would you add to the SDK?

A new implementation of the Rich Text Editor was introduced in XM Cloud, and was enabled in JSS 21.5.2. We need to have the same implementation steps handled here.

Today the old RTE was deprecated: https://developers.sitecore.com/changelog/xm-cloud/07052025/the-legacy-rich-text-editor-in-pages-is-now-deprecated

Will this have any effect on sites build with this SDK or will it in near future?
