As we're removing more stuff (#994), EWC builds were blocking us in various places.
Stop CircleCI instructions for building EWC Docs and deploying to http://ewc-docs.extremenetworks.com/ as EWC code is now Open-Sourced per https://stackstorm.com/2020/05/27/extreme-networks-donates-ewc-to-linux-foundation/
