…es. This was very hard to track down, and exhibited itself as a change in form padding during a transition to a different form, leading to the toolbar not having enough top padding anymore. Also fixed issue with slide and fade transition when one of the forms doesn't use a title area. In such cases it will effectively fall back to a slide transition. Minor fix to safe area calculation so that container won't have safe area padding applied when hidden.

…-border and image-border-slice properties. Using this approach, 9-piece borders no longer need to be pre-sliced. The whole image is imported into the res file, and the image is sliced at runtime. Syntax is easier and complexity is reduced as there are no longer a whole bunch of image slices gumming up the resource files. The cn1-9patch property is deprecated with this change. The wiki has been updated to reflect this change.
…ndling. Now, if an image of the same name is already loaded in the res file, it won't re-import, unless the refresh-images css property is set somewhere in the CSS file.
