Auto detect parameters

• Can auto-detect if a custom threshold and custom pause, else it will take the default value, without needing to use the checkbox and put value on each images (I removed the checkbox since they don't have anymore utilities)
• Can detect if a image have any transparency pixel and if so, will use masked method to compare the image, without use the {m} flag (but the flags is still avaible)

For compatibilitie reason, I didnt remove self.custom_pause_times_setting ad self.custom_thresholds_setting of pickle.
