Adds to README.md:

• missing config properties
  *little example of a typedoc.js configuration file
• reference to typedoc-plugin-markdown
• adds a little description in --mode taken from above comment that describes what mode=file or modules mean

These updates look great. Could we add the command descriptions to the code as well?

I took a look at the changes and it looks like they have been superseded by work done in other PRs, the read me has been shortened and now points users to the site for detailed descriptions.
