[ColumnChartWithTrend]: Expose recharts tooltipConfig #7597

Is your feature request related to a problem?
For all charts except ColumnChartWithTrend its possible to customized the tooltips shown on hover. Only for the ColumnChartWithTrend this is not possible.
Describe the solution you'd like
Being able to customize tooltips for the line as well as the column chart. Ideally, it should also be possible to access context information like for example the index of the curently shown data point.
