Mark unsupported function in CPP programs

Run UTBot on different CPP project. Add filter filter for function that don't support now, that mark them as unsupported.

Issue on simple huffman implementation

• Disable stubs for CPP files, projects
• Private arrays into class
• Class without public default constructor
• Private methods
• Class without public constructor from initializer list of members
• Don't pass compiler specific flags to linker like -Wall, -std=c++14
