Hi @stickseloni,
Thanks for pointing this out (as well as the other PR).

On the master branch, we no longer support TensorFlow, so this section is no longer necessary. We missed removing it when we made the other changes, but I made a PR to remove it.

If it's OK with you, I'll make a PR on the release_12_branch that encapsulates this change and the other one. Otherwise, you'll need to redo them by branching from there and making a PR with that as the target branch.
