Add option DateFormatting

Hi,

LocalDate (Default = False) Use this option to keep dates as usual in ConvertToJson instead of converting them to ISO 8601

It would be great to have this feature option.

Hi @HLFH, I agree some flexibility in date formatting would be nice, what would local date formatting look like? I've seen milliseconds since 1970 as a possibility, but I don't know if that's "LocalDate". We could just use the built in toString for date types, but that probably varies based on locale settings.

Or instead of LocalDate the option name could be:

DateFormatting (Default = True) Use this option to convert dates to ISO 8601 format in ConvertToJson or not to format them when False

I'm not in a hurry since I'm using a workaround with Ruby on Rails that can perfectly convert the ISO 8601 dates to local dates and render for example: 2016-08-31 22:00:00.
With this command:

Time.iso8601(params['date'])

We could just use the built in toString for date types

Yes, that would be wonderful. I guess by using the option below, we will be able to do that:

JsonConverter.JsonOptions.DateFormatting = False

@timhall Hi! So what do you think? Coud we get a JsonConverter.JsonOptions.DateFormatting = False, that will just use the built in toString for date types? I would sometimes prefer this option for some Excel API written in Ruby On Rails.
