The referred page is 404.

What happened to the linking proposal of the interface types?
I couldn't find the branch linking and any files that looks related to it in master.

The linking proposal has evolved and migrated here: WebAssembly/module-linking#3.

Perhaps this is a temporary fix. We'll have to update the link again after the design of the module types gets updated.
