Add SHA1 Module

SHA1 is not currently implemented in hashlib but is useful for TOTP (https://learn.adafruit.com/circuitpython-totp-otp-2fa-authy-authenticator-friend/software, per RFC https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6238).
