Folderize Examples

I think I meant to put in an issue for this a while ago, but I think it would be good to folderize the examples. Definitely keep the naming convention (and fixing those that aren't there yet) for when a user drags example out of the folder.

The organization within the folder would go a long way towards usability. Would look something like this:

dht_simpletest.py
esp32spi/
   |___ esp32spi_simpletest.py
   |___ esp32spi_not_simpletest.py

I am in full support of this. The current state of the examples folder is not great. I would still want to stick with the naming convention for the reasons stated, but I think this would be a great addition to that.
