Make RAC overlay open props override DialogTrigger state

isOpen and defaultOpen props on Popover and Modal should override the state passed from DialogTrigger. This will allow using animation libraries like Framer Motion's AnimatePresence within components like DatePicker. cc. @RobinMalfait
