[Bug] default dependencies still not installed on init

initializing a new project still requires the user to run uv pip install 'agentstack[<framework>]' for it to work. some people are getting very stuck on this

Just tried this with a fresh venv and I'm not able to reproduce. We write the version of agentstack to be installed to the pyproject.toml file inside the project directory (agentstack[<framework>]), and then call packaging.install_project() during agentstack init.

Is this perhaps a platform (Windows) thing?

Are people not running source .venv/bin/activate after creating a project? That would cause this issue.

ive got it replicated! working on a solution now and will upgrade the dependencies at the same time
