ESLint doesn't work with local file resolution in the traditional way, so I worked around it with this fairly elegant solution.

By listing dependencies in peer and regular deps, we support npm 3's flat hierarchy w/deps and peer dependency resolves npm2's non-flattening behaviour.
Fixed support for npm 2
We misused it as a direct dependency in repos, rather than a peerDependency of lint-trap.
