How to have global footer in every scene in 3.x?

Before I was using react-native-router-flux 2.x and rendering a global footer to show at the bottom of every scene was a breeze with the footer prop that was available in Router.

I'm trying to migrate to 3.x but can't for the life of me figure out how to do that now, and the docs aren't especially helpful. Any help?
