Fix the Bug Submission Pull Request

What was the bug?

The creator address was not set correctly.
The algod client was not set correctly.

How did you fix the bug?

After setup and first run I did check the doc. Immediately I noticed the address issue. Added the addr of the deployer there.
Afterwards I checked the index.ts further and VS Code hinted that there might be an issue with the indexer client. After double checking I figured that, the indexer client is not the algod client we need. So I changed that.
