What was the problem?

in the deposit() method :

ptxn.receiver wasn't correctly set
the second argument of app_opted_in() function wasn't correctly set

How did you solve the problem?

used current_application_id.address to set ptxn.receiver
used current_application_id as the second argument of app_opted_in() function
