Algorand Coding Challenge Submission

What was the bug?

The bug arose due to counters not being appropriately initialized and states being undefined.

How did you fix the bug?

To resolve it, I extensively researched solutions and sought guidance from online documentation. Eventually, I found a helpful resource that clarified the solution. Additionally, I've begun studying the init method, even though it's slightly beyond my current proficiency in Python.
