I've added the new functions supported by the new version of the display controller of the Robot Electronics LCD05 fully backcompatible with the older LCD03. I've also corrected a bug on the noBlink() function that used a wrong literal as parameter. I think that maybe the library may be recalled LCD05 (maybe creating a new library with the LCD05 name and maintain the Arduino LCD03 library as it was before this pull request).
