It's the behaviour of tsserver, and it exists issues for that :

• [tsserver] Support for "definitions" command (several definition) microsoft/TypeScript#7905
• Click to symbol does not jump to file but to the import (JSX/JS). microsoft/TypeScript#7930

@micaelgallego you can try with typescript 2.0.0 (dev), it works:

• create you a project and do "npm innstall typescript@next"
• go at Server project preferences and select "${project_loc:node_modules/typescript}" in the installed TypeScript to use typescript 2.0.0

This issue is fixed with TypeScript 2.0.3. You can download it or use the embedded ts available in typescript.java 1.1.0:
