We must wait for JSDT https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=490427 to override formatter and use the formatter of tsserver

Now we have a custom TypeScript Editor we can add our own Formatter., I'm working on this issue to format code with "format" command of tsserver.
