angularJS ui-select with search disabled #949

Description
followed this http://plnkr.co/edit/GtOOWE?p=preview , used theme="selectize"
created dropdown successfully
-> issues are as follows
- we don't want search option , applied "search-enabled="false" option still keydown and focus avaible for dropdown textbox
- UI totally messed up
- not able to see place holder .
