Remove "Use PyMeilisearch as a documentation search engine" topic

Description of the modifications

Now that we have moved away from using PyMeilisearch as a documentation search engine, the "Use PyMeilisearch as a documentation search engine" topic should either be removed (or repurposed if we need to describe how to set up the replacement search engine).

UPDATE: Based on PyAnsys doc meeting discussion on 5/21/25, remove PyMelisearch content from the dev guide and other PyAnsys guides where it is mentioned.
