Do you mean --observatory-host? I don't know a --web-hostname arg

If you mean --observatory-host, I don't know the answer to your question. You open an issue about this on the flutter repo since the whole observatory thing is handled by flutter. You can also ask on the flutter discord.

FYI: Running your app with flutter-pi . --observatory-host=0.0.0.0 works wonderfully.
I develop on my dev computer and see changes reflected im immediately on the PI. Simply beautiful!

Just don't forget to open the port of the firewall.
