I have tested in 3.0.5 and it all works fine. The issue dart-lang/sdk#48272 has some more info about the change. |

Updated the README and GETTING_STARTED to reflect the removal of the
.packagesfile in Flutter 3.3.0. It has been replaced with the.dart_tool\package_config.jsonfile. From what I have seen no errors occur with the change as long as you are running the correct version of flutter.
