'Open...' dialog hangs on context menu 'Delete'

When using the Open... file explorer dialog (on Windows 10), if the Delete option is selected from the context menu for an Arduino project folder, the program hangs. Any open windows cannot be directly closed or interacted with. The folder is deleted.
