The purpose of this PR is to tidy up the repository 🧹 and to add some README.md containing hopefully useful documentation on various topics:

  • main README in the root explaining something about the project and giving some insight about the CI pipeline ✨
  • README regarding docker container created to crosscompile 🛠️
  • README explaining how dependencies/libraries works and are built ⛓️
  • README regarding on how to generate patches and how they are applied by the CI pipeline ⏩

PS sorry for the "File changed 424".. I just moved deps/ dir under docker/. 😅
