RN Mock layout

Workbench / mock layout, using AnimatedLayout, Animated & PanResponder.

The drill is to :

• swap focus between two (or more) screen views,
• while drag'n-droping panels from within each of them ;
• in order to sort elements, or to create (filiation) relationships between them.

And by the way : learning back React without redux, of which I might have got too accustomed of.
